More Than 40 Years of Medical Experience
Dr. Izak Daizade is an Israeli physician, orthopedic specialist, and the founder of UNFO Med LTD.
With more than 40 years of medical experience, he has dedicated much of his professional career to the diagnosis and treatment of foot deformities in infants and children.
His main clinical focus is Metatarsus Adductus, also known as forefoot adduction, pigeon toed feet, or intoeing in babies.
Through years of hands-on medical work, Dr. Daizade recognized the need for a gentler, more effective, non-surgical treatment option for infants.
Professional Background
Dr. Daizade was born in Tehran, Iran, in 1953 and studied medicine at the University of Tehran.
After the Iranian Revolution in 1979, he immigrated to Israel and continued his medical career.
He trained at Beilinson Hospital, part of Rabin Medical Center, across several medical fields including neurosurgery, vascular surgery, intensive care medicine, and orthopedic surgery.
Over the years, Dr. Daizade held senior orthopedic roles and managed orthopedic departments at Beilinson and Assuta.
Today, he manages a private clinic and focuses primarily on infant foot deformities.

Why Dr. Daizade Developed UNFO
During his work with infants diagnosed with Metatarsus Adductus, Dr. Daizade saw how difficult traditional treatment could be for babies and parents.
Conventional approaches often involved serial casting, bulky corrective shoes, repeated clinic visits, stretching routines, and sometimes limited treatment success.
Dr. Daizade developed UNFO out of a real clinical need: to give babies a more comfortable treatment option during the earliest and most important months of development.
UNFO was designed as an external orthopedic device that gently guides the forefoot into a corrected position, helping reduce the need for more invasive treatment later in childhood.
Research and Scientific Contributions
Dr. Daizade is the founder and inventor behind UNFO and has contributed to clinical research focused on the treatment of Metatarsus Adductus and rigid forefoot adduction in infants.

“The earlier a foot deformity is identified, the greater the opportunity to correct it with simple, effective, and non-invasive treatment.”
Medical Philosophy
Dr. Daizade believes that early diagnosis is one of the most important factors in successful treatment.
Many infant foot deformities can be identified visually, without complex equipment, yet they are often missed during the first months of life.
His mission is to improve awareness among parents and healthcare professionals, so babies can receive the right evaluation and treatment at the right time.
