This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through UNFO-MED.COM, the official website for UNFO corrective baby footwear developed by Dr. Izak Daizade.
By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

1.1. UNFO MED ships worldwide using express international shipping.
1.2. The estimated delivery time is up to 10 business days from the date the order is shipped.
1.3. Delivery times may vary based on the destination country, customs clearance, courier delays, holidays, and other factors outside our control.
1.4. Orders are processed and shipped Sunday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

2. Order Processing Time

2.1. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days from the time of purchase.
2.2. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or courier delays.
2.3. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing full tracking information.

3. Tracking Your Order

3.1. All shipments include a trackable tracking number.
3.2. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
3.3. Customers are responsible for monitoring the shipment and ensuring someone is available to receive the package upon delivery.

4. Shipping Fees

4.1. Shipping is free on all orders worldwide.
4.2. UNFO MED does not offer refunds for shipments once they have been dispatched.

5. Customs & Import Regulations

5.1. International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, or taxes depending on local regulations.
5.2. UNFO MED is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities depending on local regulations.
5.3. If a package is held, delayed, or rejected by customs, this is outside of our control.
5.4. Failure to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned or destroyed. No refunds will be issued for such cases.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

6.1. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
6.2. UNFO MED is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs caused by:

  • Incorrect address

  • Missing information

  • Wrong apartment/unit number

  • Name mismatches

  • Redirect requests
    6.3. If a package is returned due to incorrect information, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

7.1. While express courier services are reliable, delays or issues may occur due to factors beyond our control.
7.2. A package is considered “lost” only after the courier officially confirms it as lost.
7.3. If your package is lost, we will assist you in opening an investigation with the courier.
7.4. If the courier confirms the loss, we will either reship your order or issue a solution based on company policy.
7.5. Damage occurring during transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos of the packaging and product.

8. Refused or Unclaimed Packages

8.1. Packages refused, unclaimed, or not picked up due to customer inaction may be returned or destroyed by the courier.
8.2. UNFO MED is not responsible for packages refused at delivery.
8.3. Reshipping costs for returned packages are the responsibility of the customer.
8.4. No refunds will be issued for packages refused or abandoned due to unpaid customs fees.

9. Delivery Confirmation

9.1. Couriers may mark packages as “Delivered” when left at a safe location, mailbox, building reception, parcel locker, or front door.
9.2. Once a package is marked “Delivered,” UNFO MED is no longer responsible for loss or theft.
9.3. If you believe the package was stolen, please contact your local courier and file a claim.

10. Split Shipments

10.1. If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages.
10.2. When applicable, each shipment will include its own tracking number.
